Random Act of Kindness Blitz

Kindness can change the world, one act at a time!

To commemorate the release of their book The Emotion Thesaurus, Becca and Angela at The Bookshelf Muse are hosting a TITANIC Random Act Of Kindness BLITZ. And because I think KINDNESS is contagious, I'm participating too!

I am picking Susan Sipal, the author of the fantastic Harry Potter for Writers blog and sending her an Amazon gift card so she can catch up on all the books that I've recommended lately -- or any other books that she has been itching to read.

Why?

Susan is a fabulous writer as well as one of the most supportive critique partners and fantastic editors I've come across. I started off hiring her to do a structural edit on a manuscript, and we ended up as critique partners. I can't even express how blessed I feel by that. She has been unfailing supportive of the manuscript and all my other writing. We even have short stories coming out soon in an anthology together, which wouldn't have been possible if not for Susan.

If you don't know Harry Potter for Writers, stop by and check it out. Her articles are wonderful. And I have a copy of her ebook--A Writer's Guide to Harry Potter--which I purchased and loved before we became writing partners. It is wonderful as well.

Susan deserves every kindness, because she is one of the kindest people I know. But please, don't let the celebration of kindness stop here. Consider participating in the kindness blitz. Tel someone you know how much you appreciate them. Do something kind for them. Give them a smile, a phone call, a gift basket, a gift card, a book.
